Multi-Platform News Manager

Northwest Public Broadcasting seeks an experienced journalist and editor to manage its daily multi-media regional news content for radio, television, and digital platforms.  The successful candidate will help build, manage and lead a talented reporting staff in planning, producing and presenting relevant and engaging news and information content across multi-media platforms with a comprehensive vision of public media service to the Pacific Northwest in a style consistent with regional and national public media audiences.  Additionally s/he will be an exceptional communicator, an experienced reporter, news gatherer, and an instinctive collaborator with strong editorial judgment, newsroom management and social media skills,  with an understanding of best practices in public media.
