System Wide Outage

Update: We are back on the air. Around 7:45pm tonight our engineers told us the good news! We aren't sure what caused it or what the issue was but we will do a full diagnosis tomorrow. The good news now though is that you can see our GREAT primetime line-up! We'll monitor our signal tonight and pass along any important info. We'll give a full summary Monday when we meet with our engineers. Thanks for hanging in there with us and hope you're enjoying the great progamming line-up.

Around 6pm Sunday night NWPTV went off the air, the cause, high winds. Some of the other Spokane TV stations experienced outages as well. We aren't sure what has failed at our transmitter site but are working to get a full diagnosis and solution soon. Our engineers are in contact with our Master Control operation center to help rectify this problem as quick as they can.
We know that this is a big inconveince as you count on us to bring you quality programming, like Downton Abbey and Doc Martin but know that we are doing all that we can to bring PBS & NWPTV back on the air as soon as we can.
We will post updates here on this blog as well as on our social media accounts. Our web team is working on a special programming page to bring you any shows you might've missed due to this outage.
Again we apologize for the inconvenience but thank you for your continued support of NWPTV. If you have any questions/concerns please don't hesitate to email us or call us at 1-800-922-4220. Thank you for being a proud support of NWPTV.
